Base on the statistics report stated - the online market leaders are keep moving toward to this e-commerce direction. They will enhance it, they will improve with more ideal/features to be built in to this platform. Some of the expertise from USA predicted that the next 20 years, e-commerce platform will replace all the physical shops.

*in other words, nobody want to open a shop, they will choose to sell goods over the internet.

Ecommerce activities fall into 3 Main different type of categories and can be classified as:
1. Business To Business (B2B)
  • Companies doing business with each other such as multi manufacturers selling goods to distributors or wholesaler. Pricing is based on large quantity of order and is often negotiable.
  • One of the famous website who provide B2B e-commerce platform is Alibaba.com
2. Customer To Customer (C2C)

C2C refer to online transactions of good or services between two people. However in order to carry on this type of e-commerce transaction they need a platform to conduct business for online payment system like PayPal where people can send and receive money online with easy. eBay's auction service is a great example of where person-to-person transactions take place everyday.

3. Business To Customer (B2C)

B2C refer to the direct trade between companies and end customers. This is the direct selling via the Internet. For example: selling goods direct to customer and anyone can buy any products from the supplier's website.
